The only problem I see with this is intent. In an ideal world the guy looking timid would only draw on people genuinely attempting to mug him, which would be fine. However I think not all people could be trusted to wait for a genuine mugger, so I would be against legalizing this behaviour based on the word of the shooter.
I don't know. I haven't watched all that much on it. I guess it was a bigger deal if you lived in America.
I do think the dingo is guilty of killing Azaria Chamberlain though. What do you think?
