Exactly what Jambo said - so if you only want to see posts from your subscribed subs you would click mysubs. Or you can preset multis that you can browse - like if you only wanted to see nsfw subs or something you could set a preset for https://phuks.co/m/nsfw+celebrityfeet+fishandchicks and it would only show you posts from /s/nsfw, /s/celebrityfeet, /s/fishandchicks, and whatever else you wanted to see.
Also, if you mod multiple subs and wanted to keep up with them you can click modmulti and it'll only show the subs that you mod/own. Make sense?

multis can be made by adding subname1+subname2+subname3 so on..
from https://phuks.co/mymultis, you can set a dozen subs up and save them and it will issue you a link like https://phuks.co/multi/8 - (this links includes posts from the following subs ideasforphuks+phukstylesheets+askphuks+phuksstore+subexchange+PhukStats)
