Do what @ScorpioGlitch said and enter your password. If it doesn't stick, ping the devs
I may still be doing something wrong but when I try this it has me type in my password then says it's not valid. Logged out the back in to make sure the password worked and it did.
Procedure:
Go to options and make a change. Then I put my password in the box labeled "Your current password". Push the 'Edit user' button and get the following message "Wrong password".
To check to see that I had the right password I logged out then back in and it worked.
Make your changes and click "Edit User".
