There was really only about 30 people that made that place completely unbearable by banding together and pushing their shit.
If that's the case, it's likely the 30 that hate this site in the first place, so maybe it'll be fine.
We may need a professional to help organize that.
Maybe just not allow new users for a time? Selectively and quietly contact the people you think are legit beforehand?
Not suggesting anyone go off half-cocked, but it's something to think about.
