ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It is a tingling sensation that can be felt in your head, neck and spine. Some people do not get ASMR, and it can be triggered in some people in various ways. Common ones are whispering, personal attention, watching someone perform a menial task, tapping and so on.
