this morning I did 4 sets on the bench of 8 at my max for the weight and than did a shit ton of negatives... I tried my push ups about an hour ago and couldn't even do 2.... hopefully before bed I have some recovery and can at least get 60

Apparently you can do a set of 50 anyway?, so 100 a day shouldn't be a big deal for you if you haven't destroyed your arms already. I need to start doing chinups regularly as well, to minimize the muscle imbalance.

Good job! I couldn't tonight... I usually at night and tonight we went out for a well deserved 100 dollar meal... my buttons are bursting. I guess tomorrow that means 150
