We have 'piercing the corporate veil' when it comes to certain actions by company execs that obviate their limits of liability where they can be held personally responsible in court.

We need the same thing for government employees. If you blatantly, flagrantly, and indisputably violate the constitution in the course of doing your job, taxpayers should not have to pick up the bill for your actions.

I agree with that. So many do anything they please knowing full well that they'll never be held personally responsible for their decisions. They don't even need to hire a lawyer, as the aggrieved in these cases does, to protect themselves. It's a free ride.

Yes, true, but he has as much right to express his sentiments as does someone with a liberal cause. Show me a story where someone is hassled for wearing a leftist t-shirt.
