Reddit is a website riddled with entitled people and obvious product placement. It's just an enormous hive-mind that sometimes feels like brainwashing, and the rampant censorship doesn't help either. Meanwhile, Voat feels like a place where I have to be a purebred German male who only eats food grown from his backyard and brushes his teeth with some weird natural plant extract to fit in. It's great that it supports free speech, but you're not really allowed to have opinions that differ from the majority or you'll be tagged a shill (which is why I was always reluctant to post anything on that website.) This looks like a place where there's both free speech and a respect for other people's viewpoints, which has been the Reddit alternative I've been looking for all along.

That why I left that site 18 months ago. Trying to discuss anything was a lost cause, specifically when it was related to discussions about the site itself. I use gab and phuks only now for social media. There is a lot of Nazi shit on gab, but it's easy to ignore/enjoy depending on if that's your thing. I dabble in a little of both.

I love voat, but there are a few schitzos and quite a few more on the spectrum. Every post I made ended with me having to prove I wasn't a shill. I made a post about finding my birth parents recently and because I mentioned the DNA service i used I got attacked as a shill and went from 100 submission points to -30 On that post and lost 300 ccp. Even made a post that went to front page "calling me out" Love most of the crazy fuckers but damn man not everyone is out to get ya bud. Hell i consider my self a white nationalist but those fuckers just make us look bad.

I remember that post, actually. And I remember the post calling you out. Granted, I would never use DNA services because of the known ways they fuck with people and the legal ramifications but I realize not everyone operates like I do. You used a service to find your parents and that's a good thing, yknow?

What really makes this place different is the fact that admin are involved within the community and are coordinated to handle issues. If Voat would have had that all along it could have been quite a lot like this place.

Just be yourself and don't act any different as you would in public. That is the key here.

I'm new here. I came from voat too, which is still my no.1

I literally just made an account and am still trying to learn what phuks is all about. Nightmode is badass though.

Am I allowed to call people niggers or kikes here? I don't see an "About" or an "FAQ" anywhere so I'm just kinda curious what shit is all about. So far I've gathered the following:

Reddit=far leftie faggotry

Voat= far righty jackbooty

phuks = kinda in the middle?

Seems to me that you're allowed to call people niggers or kikes here, but you just don't because it doesn't seem to at abutting to the conversation. Being angry at a group is one thing, but insisting on exercising your right to call them abusive names is just childishness, tbh. Nothing wrong with hating anyone, or liking anyone either, but being lame is a no-no.
